📌 This course is divided into two 2-day parts: Part A and Part B. Upon completing all contents of both Part A and Part B, if a student has previously completed the elementary course and obtained Shodan (1st Dan) qualification, students can take part in an assessment conducted by Junichi Mitsubori to get the professional Nerikiri Wagashi Nidan (2nd Dan) qualification.
📌 The intermediate-level Nerikiri Wagashi course is taught cyclically. Suppose you cannot enrol in Parts A and B of the current course. In that case, you can participate in either Part A or Part B now and join the remaining part in the next session of the intermediate-level course conducted by Junichi Mitsubori to qualify for the assessment.
📌 Prior experience in making wagashi is required for enrolling in the intermediate-level course.
📌 The discounted price for enrolling in all Part A and B is HK$12,800.
