This course will cover the making of classic tea snacks 🪄 and new traditional confectionery - a total of 8 delicious treats, including the Mitsubori sensei's all-new course content, essential for tea shops, featuring authentic wagashi, 🎊 and popular products sold at tea ceremonies using the traditional methods of making Japanese wagashi by confectionery artisans:
