Established in November 2010, Blossom Cakes offers a wide variety of well-known decorating products primarily used for Sugar Paste and Gum Paste. In addition, we provide a range of cake-decorating courses and workshops, empowering individuals to achieve their cake-decorating dreams. Our team shares their wealth of experience and up-to-date information, ensuring our students become professional cake decorators.
As an Authorized Distributor and Certified Course Centre of PME Professional Courses, we are proud to have authorized and approved instructors for the PME Professional Diploma Courses. Our efforts were recognized with the PME Professional Diploma International Award of Excellence in 2013 and 2017 and the PME Professional Diploma International Highest Number of Students 2015 in 2016. These awards are a testament to the dedication of everyone in our school and a challenge for us to continue providing excellence every day.
Teaching Facilities
Blossom Cakes has a specialized and well-equipped teaching centre in the heart of Hong Kong. It's conveniently located only a 3-minute stroll away from the nearest MTR station and is surrounded by local eateries and international hotels. At Blossom Cakes School, you'll receive top-notch instruction from Peggy Wong and her team, as well as your roomy worktable and all the necessary equipment for your class. To ensure that you receive ample personalized guidance from our instructors, we purposely keep class sizes small.
